This spread is intended for divining important events that will occur within a specific period of time. You will be able to assess your emotional state, see the situation as a whole, learn about the influence of past actions on it, understand what you can rely on to achieve a successful result, or how to prevent negative consequences.

Focus on the event for which you want to receive a prediction. Set a time period. The Minor Arcana are needed for this spread. From among them, choose the card that best corresponds to your personality. Then shuffle the cards. Lay out the cards from left to right in eight rows of seven cards.

Pay attention to the position of the card you chose.

• If the card you chose is not placed in the center but is shifted to the left, this indicates the end of a significant period in your life. The past plays no role.

• If this card is shifted to the right, it foretells a return to the past. You will have to deal with bygone matters in order to draw the right conclusions. Further developments depend on how well you manage to learn the lesson received.

• If the card is shifted upward, you are in the grip of feelings and impulses. You should "ground" yourself a little.

• If the card is shifted downward, it means you are able to assess the situation adequately and keep it under control.

• The remaining cards will be interpreted in relation to the card you chose. Cards describing the future will be placed on the right, the past on the left, the present or immediate plans at the top, and unconscious feelings, suppressed desires, or things you are trying to forget at the bottom.

• Cards that form a cross in relation to the chosen card, that is, located on the horizontal and vertical lines, indicate sequential events, the connection between the past and the future.

• Cards placed diagonally provide additional information. The upper diagonals describe planned actions with clear motives. The lower ones indicate hidden desires, secrets, and doubts.
