This spread will help you not only learn about events that will happen to you in the near future, but also determine which of them depend on you and what you can do to change them. You will also find out about inevitable future situations decreed by fate.

By knowing about events you will not be able to influence, you will prepare yourself for the changes to come.

Focus on your future. Shuffle the deck. Draw a significator from the Major Arcana (traditionally the Emperor or the Empress). But you can also choose any other card that you feel characterizes you most accurately.

Next, lay the cards face down in four rows of three cards each (except for the second row, which holds the significator). The order is left to right and top to bottom. Now you can begin the interpretation. Pay attention to the cards located in the immediate vicinity of the significator: they will have the strongest influence on you.

Depending on their position, the cards describe situations that depend directly on you or that you will not be able to influence no matter how hard you try.

• Card S – the diviner's card.
