This spread concerns missing objects or people: time needed to locate them, where to look, distance and what may help bring them back.

Mentally describe the missing object or person. Choose a representative card: from the Major Arcana for a person, or the Minor Arcana for an object.

Shuffle and lay two rows of three beneath that card, top to bottom and left to right. Begin interpreting.

• Card 1 — events before the disappearance.

• Card 2 — events after the disappearance.

• Card 3 — reasons for the loss.

• Card 4 — where the sought object may be found.

• Card 5 — its current location.

• Card 6 — what may help recover it.
